BUILD's Community Outreach program offers a variety of workshops to groups and organizations in our target communities. Community Outreach also works with other organizations to create forums, events, fundraisers and other activities to improve options available to at-risk youth.

Available workshops include:

ABCD (Asset Based Community Development)/Action Planning Workshop
Brings awareness of the capacities and assets available through local institutions and community members for community-building purposes.

Gang Awareness Workshop
Informs various audiences on the types of gangs and criminal activity present within their neighborhoods.

Diversity Workshop
Educates individuals and groups on the importance of accepting and understanding differences in cultures, religions, and other groups stereotyped in our society.
