BUILD Peace and Justice Center: 3rd Annual Restorative Justice Summit (Day 1)

You are invited to a two-day conference rooted in the guiding values of Restorative Justice. You will be introduced to innovative, successful approaches to addressing equity, harm, conflict, and proactive community building in ways that center relationships and avoid exclusion. These workshops and activities have been designed to repair your spirit, renew your skills, and reignite your passion! Admission for RJ Summit Day 1 (May 19th). Includes access to all sessions + breakfast, lunch, networking cocktail hour. Admission for day 2 (May 20th) is included but you must register separately.
Please note that RJ Summit Day 1 sessions will be most appropriate for professionals in the fields related to Restorative Justice, social services, Criminal and Juvenile Justice, education, policy makers, administrators, care coordinators, case managers, clinical teams, direct service and street outreach workers.
The activities and workshops are specifically designed to support with tools to strengthen their work and well-being.
You will choose from offerings based on the following tracks:
- Repairing Harm-Restorative Justice Practices,
- Renewing Hope-Peacemaking and Conflict Resolution Strategies, and
- Reigniting Vision- Effective Strategies for Activating Change.
Join us and learn from community leaders, organizations, service providers, policymakers, and trailblazers in Restorative Justice, Peacemaking, Policy & Legislation, Civic Education, Empowering Youth, Community Outreach, Engagement, Juvenile Justice, and Policing Reform. There will be many opportunities for networking and making connections.
