Join us this Friday, January 17th to celebrate the opening of BUILD’s next art exhibition: Turning Lead Into Gold by YEWS. BUILD’s own Raquel Bustos, a multi-media artist who works under the name YEWS, will be showcasing her work made entirely by found or donated items. Drinks and light snacks will be provided.
About: “Alchemy” is defined as a seemingly magical process of transformation, creation, or combination. For years, YEWS has created multimedia pieces using materials that might be considered trash – continuously pushing artistic boundaries by creating art out of nothing.
